Susan Chambers | Biography
With 10 years experience in ‘business-to-business’ telemarketing,
Susan Chambers has served the professional services, financial
services, market-research and high-tech sectors.
As the Managing Director for teleCAT Communications, based out of
Vancouver, Canada, Susan oversees the development and execution of
campaigns for North American clients meeting their demands for quality
business leads, timely and accurate market information and successful
marketing events. Campaigns are developed based upon the client’s
business plan and marketing strategy. Campaign goals are planned, met

conducting campaigns herself, Susan manages teams of professional
telemarketers who understand the necessity of timely and effective
communication within a project-oriented environment. This
professionalism combined with tact and focus leaves a positive
impression with all those contacted on behalf of the client.
Susan is an active member of Toastmasters International, Sales &
Marketing Executives International and Canadian Society for Marketing
Professional Services. She has a certificate in ‘Business
Communication’ from Ryerson Polytechnic University in Toronto and
‘Associate Certificate with Honours’ in Marketing Management, from
British Columbia Institute of Technology in Vancouver.
